¿Cómo obtengo puntos?
Siendo miembro de DOT Rewards, y con cada estadía en nuestros hoteles hecha de forma directa, a través del sitio web de DOT Hotels, del sitio web del hotel o telefónicamente, sumas el equivalente al 5% del gasto en alojamiento, previo a impuestos, en puntos DOT. Si pasados 4 días del check out, no ves acreditados los DOT Points en tu cuenta, por favor inicia el reclamo haciendo Click aquí
¿A cuánto equivale cada punto DOT?
Cada punto DOT es igual a U$D1 al momento del canje. Los canjes son sin mínimo y puedes realizarlos desde el primer día.
¿Cómo canjeo mis puntos?
Tu mismo podrás canjear los puntos DOT realizando una reserva online. Podrás hacerlo iniciando sesión en DOT Rewards para ver todos los hoteles, o desde el motor de reservas del hotel de tu preferencia. También podrás canjear tus puntos comunicándote a la Central de Reservas DOT Hotels (consultas@dot-hotels.com) o llamando directamente a la recepción del Hotel.
¿Cuándo puedo canjear mis puntos?
Puedes canjear tus puntos desde el primer momento, sin necesidad de esperar a acumular una cierta cantidad de puntos. Es decir, podés canjear a partir de 1 punto DOT, equivalente a U$D 1.
¿En qué hotel puedo canjear mis puntos?

How do I get DOT Points?
Being a member of DOT Rewards with each reservation made directly through the DOT Hotels website, the hotel website or by phone, you earn the equivalent of 5% of the accommodation expense, before taxes, in DOT points. Which is the value of each DOT Point?
Each DOT Point is equal to U$D1 at the time of redemption. Redemptions are with no minimum and can be made from day one.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem DOT points by yourself making an online reservation. You can do this by logging into DOT Rewards to see all the hotels, or from the booking engine of the hotel of your choice. You can also redeem your points by contacting the DOT Hotels Reservation Center (consultas@dot-hotels.com) or by calling the hotel’s front desk directly.
When can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points from the very first moment, without waiting to accumulate a certain amount of points. That is, you can redeem from 1 DOT point, equivalent to U$D 1 off.
At which properties can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at any property associated with DOT Hotels, on any date. Points ARE accumulative with any type of promotion and/or discount offered by the hotel. Find out about all the hotels participating in the program by clicking here.
